  9. Room Lighting & Drape Rotations
  10. All Toilets Flushed & Faucets Opened & Closed
  11. Hot Water Heater Pans Checked For Leaks
  12. Visual Inspections For Wall, Ceiling & Under Counter Water Leaks
  13. Check For Pest Problems
  14. Professional Services Verification (Pool, Lawn, Etc.)

A La Carte Services Are Priced Per Service Performed Unless Stated Otherwise.
  1. Arrange & Schedule Professional Services (Pool, House, Lawn, Etc.): $20
    Plus The Cost Of The Professional Service Billed.
  2. Meet Professional Service Appointments (TV, Phone, Pest, Etc.): $35
    For The 1st Hour; $15 Dollars Per Hour Thereafter.
  3. Pantry/Refrigerator/Bar Shopping & Stocking: $25
    Plus The Cost Of Your Selected Items.
  4. Pool Water Quality Check & Chemical Addition: $20
  5. Vehicle, Motorcycle, & Boat Battery & Engine Start Test: $20
    Plus $5 For Each Additional Vehicle, Motorcycle Or Boat Check.
    If The Battery Will Not Hold A Charge You Will Be Notified With An Option Of
    Having A New Battery Installed At $20 Plus The Cost Of The New Battery.
  6. Freshly Laundered & Applied Bed Linens & Bath Towels: $15
    Each additional Bed & Bath At $5
  7. Severe Storm & Hurricane Damage Assessments: $30 Includes Checks For Broken Windows, Open Doors, Fallen Trees, Visual Roof Damage, Restored Power To Property, Flooding, Etc. We Will Contact You If A
    Major Storm Was Reported In Your Area. A Video And Or Digital Photos Of The Damage Will Be Taken For Your Documentation.
  8. Home Security System Test: $10
    In Cooperation With Your Security Service Provider
  9. Small Pet Feeding Service (Fish, Turtles, Hamsters, Cats, Etc.): $20 Per Visit.
    The Premium Plan Is Required For Indoor Pet Service. Charge Applies To Visits Other
    Than The Normally Scheduled Twice Weekly Service.
  10. Respond To Your Security Service Alarm Company: $20 Per Response
